Thanks for the reply John. I thought this too, but along with multiple computers I have also tried 3 different printers. So I don't think it's printer.

I have a report with conditional formatting on a few items. On the print preview the colors are correct, but when actually printed some of the colors change. If I export to a PDF all the colors are correct. Have tried on multiple computers... all the same outcome. I am by no means an expert...
