I'm going to redo the code again with the form and the Report.
It may be corrupted.
Going to try it and thanks again for your input.
I will respond to let you know if it works properly.
Thank you for your suggestions.
I checked it. The form that has Drop-Down Menu with the criteria field does stay open.
I got it run...5 or 6 times. Worked great.
But once I closed the entire program and opened it to check it again, it failed.
Still need your suggestions.
Thanks.
I have a form that has a Drop-Down Menu.
After making the selection from the Drop-Down, I have a macro
that runs a query.
The query displays the fields that I need and also the field that has
the Value of the Drop-Down from the form. (The records that meet the
criteria should show in a report...
Gasman:
Thank you.
I thought about that only after I got my first response.
Then, my Client informed me that all will be taxed.
Thank everyone for responses.
It made me aware of other methods of performing tasks. That is a great help to me.
Again, thank you very much Gasman. You confirmed...
Sonic8:
Thank you for your help. I looked at your video and it provided information that is great in design to get the most from the data.
I had to look at my Client's Quickbook program. I looked at the design of each Customer setup and saw that it did match up with the design of how taxes are...
Sonic8:
Thank you very much for your quick response.
I have read your response. I also have downloaded your suggested video and listening to it now.
Thank you so very much. I will read and listen to your suggestions. Will be glad to get back with you later on and let you know how it all turned...
My client has Customers that are taxable and other Customers are not taxable.
As it stands now, I have Text Boxes that are performing my calculations:
Example:

Text Box - Tax Amount : (Formula that calculates Order...
June7:
It works like a charm.
I went to a record that did not have any Accessory selected.
The Grand total text box had only the value of the Main order.
So correct was the answer.
June7, thanking you so much for the help.
I learn so much from you all.
For a 65 year old man, it makes me feel...
You are correct.
There are times when the order will not call for the 2nd subform to have any Accessories.
I am going to try your suggestion.
Thanks again.
This is the data/expression that I used for the Grand Total text box:
=[Qry Order Products Details Line Total subform].[Form]![Text Box - Order Total]+[Form - Accessory Line Total Details Subform].[Form]![Text Box - Accessory Order Total]
Thanking everyone in advance.
I have a form that has 2 subforms.
Both subforms perform calculations. In the footer of both subforms,
I have a Text box that has the totals that I need.
(So far, this is a success.)
Here is my issue:
If the second subform does not have a value, my Text Box Grand...
pbaldy:
I followed the instructions.
I went to the relationships.
Clicked on the relationship between the 2 tables.
Edited it. Clicked on the Cascade Delete.
Like a charm...it worked with ease.
Thanking you all so very much.
I'd shown my project to the lady that is going to use it.
She...
Thank you all.
Maybe I stated my problem incorrectly too.
I did not intend to delete the form itself. I need to delete the record.
But I am following your instructions.
I think I see when the relationship is created, I need to click on Cascade delete also.
Going to give it a try.
Thanks to you...
