Hi, I want a simple report to display competencies held by individuals i.e "Smith" and "Car". But what I get is either "Smith" and " " (nothing) or "1" and "2". In other words I keep getting numerical values for the information I want to see. What is the answer please anyone ?

Thank you all for your replies. It cant be done. So is there another way to create this printable wallet size document, with this layout. I have re-orientated the the form to read vertically but this will print one record per page, which is wastful.

Ok, but I don't have a report that creates a licence . Ususllay I have been getting type mismatch errors when trying to display a report that includes "competency type" and " Operator details"..... Non the less I shall try again..with multi column, I'll give that a go

It doesent have to be a form, I just want to produce a licence for people I train whislt keeping a resonable database of that training. The licence is printed, folded and laminitaed into an ID style card. Oh and probably the most 1 person may have on the licence would be around 15 competencies

I just quickly populated that persons record to see what would happen to the licence competency box. There will eventually be around 30 competencies to choose from, with no repeats on a persons lic. So grateful, I made out I could do this easy, but it's harder than I thought

Yes, if this is the only way then yes, I want all the items listed in competencies to be displayed on a form called licence. Ideally without scroll bars etc, just a box with them all in and shrunk to fitt. The "display box" on the licence can be as big as the backside of a credit card. A bit...
