Hi Dave, The form "holiday" is supposed to be used as a data entry interface. Once the entry is saved is is saved on to the datasheet form "holidays_toil". Data Entry is "Yes" and I have cross checked the property sheet against those that work and they are all the same?!

Thanks guys - I've manualy entered data and - surprise! - One of the forms is now working! Unfortunately he other is still blank even with records now in the datasheet?!
