When I check record source, there is just name of column, and when I click three dots, there is no single table or querry added.

I have a date base to modificate in work, unfortunatelly autor of this data base is not available. How can I check which query was used to bild a specyific form(data sheet form)? This date base is to big to check it manual. And can I add date from another query to this form and how?
