the reports are show #error on it. If the field is blank i dont need it in the report. If someone could tell me how to solve this problem i would appreciate it. Thank you

Trying to print a report That includes name and next EPR. But the dates on the report are the same for each record. I want to print from the EPR tracker form. If anyone could help me with this i would highly appreciate it. Thank you

There is a expression on the form. It suppose to return a date 11 months after the date in the current epr. That is if I done it right. And thank you for looking at it so quickly
