Warning! Newbie at play: pass-thru querys in VBA

Thank you, Keith. However, i need to have this in vba as i cannot use changing parameters in a pass-through, from what i'm told. so i have an access table that holds the updated information, and via the vba, the string is appended to the existing pass-through query. I think i may have...

Formula in query based on previous row?

Hello all! Quick question. WindowsXP, Access 2002. I have a table that shows sales and inventory levels for an item for each day of the week. Let's say the week starts out at 100 units. On Sunday, 7 units were sold, so the ending inv level for Sunday would be 93. Monday was 5, leaving...

Page Header won't stretch on multi-column report

OK. I'm so bad. I originally checked the "same as detail" checkbox and thought I unchecked it, but I went in again, and it was checked. So I unchecked it and changed the size of the columns and I'm good to go. Thanks for your reply!

Page Header won't stretch on multi-column report

It's been a while and I'm a little rusty, but I have created a report in access that I have formatted to go in columns. I was hoping I could have the header stretch across the page and just have the detail portion of the report be columnar. Is this possible? (Access 2002 by the way)

    Text to Table

Thank you for your reply Doc Man. I apologize for not being more clear about the code. I am doing a transfertext command which is appending the tables to the master. So for the SQL command, are you saying that the filename field should be appended to the rows while they are still in the text...
