Hi all Is it possible to auto populate a field depending what is put in another field. E.g. I have 'product code' and 'Product name'. When raising the Invoice I would like to be able to enter the code or the name and the other one populate automatically. Thanks Joe

Hi Access experts, If there a function that would limit the returning data by the number of characters but still bring back the nearest whole word. I'd imagine doing this on excel I would use a mixture of LEFT LEN & SEARCH. However, I cannot figure this one out on Access. e.g. Description...
