Thanks for the input Doc Man, but this is a Website not an application. It's hard to count the connections when there are 100+ websites all using 1 connection string from the same IIS process.

Guess I should add this part. Does the number of Connections Span the number of databaseS? So if I have 10 Databases, does each connection count go towards the Number of Tasks?
