What if i use a SQL Server 2005 database?

Can anyone help. I'm trying to make a recruitment application online as a user-input form. upon submission i want the data to be submitted to the Access 2007 database that i have built. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm thinking C# or VB combined with ASP.Net. Am I close:confused:
