Mr.B Back from PNG after 3 mths and would greatly appreciate assistance with VBA code to backup a file prior to compacting and closing it.

As an all thumbs newbie I have 6-10 forms open in tabs for viewing/checking. How can I use a macro/vb button to print all the open forms to a pdf printer. The macro I have set up opens the printer box and requests for inputs for each form before printing. Many thanks
