that didn't help...thanks anyway..i just want all of the records in my table to be viewed in the datasheet portion of the splitform..not just the current record. I have obviously changed something in the properties that I shouldn't have...but not sure which one.

Simple question..totally new to access...haven't used any db since dbase3. Created a combo fox form but somehow the datasheet view is only showing the current record, whereas I saw it earlier with all the records from my table. I have accidentally done something in properties, but can't figure...
