    I have a series of forms wherby you input details for an individual patient. However when I submit these details into the forms the report only displays the first record submitted. I thought i would be able to scroll through and see each patient???? Any ideas?? :confused:

    Hi Guys, I have a combo box on one of my forms that on clicking the arrow the user has the option to either input yes/no. However i have just noticed that the user doesn't have to input yes or no and can actually put whatever they want in it (which sort of defeats the object of the combo box!!)...

    Did you open the attachment? The user answers the yes/no questions in the forms which update the query which in turn updates the related tables. The one problem I have is with the forms...once I complete the first NHS number text box I want that to display in every NHS Number text box in each...

    I am designing a table that will be used on a Form...thee will be a series of yes/no questions. I wanted to include a list box that the user adds one or the other. However i can't remember how to do it :D :confused: All help gratefully received
