    Long Report to HTML

I have a Long report that I want to export to HTML. When I do this, It breaks the report up into several pages with links to the Next and Previous pages. I then have to merge all these pages and delete the links. How can I export directly to a single HTML page?

Export Report to HTML without PageBreaks

I have several long reports that I routinely export to HTML for use on my web site. When I export them, They automatically separate into several pages with links to the next page. I end up combining them manually. How do I eliminate this? I would prefer to have it be just one long page.

    Footers

Just go to the Design View and insert a report footer. [This message has been edited by lnoles (edited 07-20-2000).]

    Importing to Word

The only 2 ways I got around this problem was to either use Adobe Acrobat or Micorsoft's Snapshot viewer. Both require the recipient to have a plugin on their machine. Snapshot is free from Microsoft and the viewer for pdf files is free. You have to buy the Adobe Acrobat Writer.

    out of memory-helpquick if possible

just a shot in the dark, but, make sure you have plenty of free disk space. If your disk is getting full, there is no room for Temporary files.

    Sub-Report

I would add another column in the query for the sub-report and concatenate the results of the other columns into that field. Then uncheck the other fields so that the new one is the only one that shows on the report.

    Record Breaks

In the Detail section of the design view of the report, Right-click and choose 'Sorting and Grouping'. Then, click in the 'Keep Together' field, and choose 'Whole Group' or 'With first detail'.

    Exporting Reports to MS Word

Adobe Acrobat is the solution I used. You could also export to a Snapshot file, but, you have to have the Snapshot viewer installed on the computer being used to view it. It is available free from microsoft.

Retrieving data from previous line in report

I have a report that includes info on spans between cities. I need a way to have the ending city from the 1st line, in the report, become the beginning city for the 2nd line and so on. I know I could add another field in the Table, but, I hope I can achieve this in the report instead.
