    Football Coaching Query Question

Scott- I put the Switch function in the "Criteria" box under the proper field heading and took out the quotations because it's a number. Now I can get the query to actually run, which is a lot farther than I have been. But now how do I call on the Values that I assigned each field zone?

Bob- Thank you for your help on the code. You may have seen my other problem from earlier in my posts, but I am a novice when it comes to Access. So when you show me that code, the only place I can find to put it is in VB. And the only place I know how to get to it is through the forms page...

    Football Coaching Query Question

I am putting the Switch statement into a Field, then dictating the table to pull it off of. Is that the right place for this statement, or should it be in...

For example, -1 to -10, -11 to -25, -26 to -49, 50 to 26, 25 to 11, 10 to 1. I am trying to find some percentages for...

    Football Coaching Questions

Scott- Forgive my thick head and lack of intimate knowledge of Access, but I am trying to interpret your symbols. Please let me know if I'm on base or off. tbl= New Table PK autonumber=Primary Key, Autonumber FK=??? Not sure on this one. However it looks like it is the ID which will link or...

    Football Coaching Questions

I am new to this forum, but reading it has helped immensly so far. I have gotten a lot of tips that have helped. I am not an Access programmer, but have used it for quite a while as a database. I am a football coach (US football) and a lot of what we do is based on tendencies derived from...
