nope.. its only showing one line with File Edit Insert Records Windows Help i cant right click beside them ... are there any shortcut keys ?? F11 brings the database window but i still cant go into the startup options menu or switchboard manager any ideas ??

not sure what your problem#1 is.. when you draw a combobox.. the wizard would ask you if you want to lookup from a table.. select the table then a column it will include the autonumber ID as well but you can check the option to hide it so it wont show.. then you select where to store the value...

hey thanks for the help .. that worked .. can we reverse this when printing a report ?? so when the report is being pulled,, it would look up the number value and display the associated text with it ??

Thats what I was thinking.. so this is how i set it up Table : Scale Response Value Veyr Poor 1 Poor 2 Neutral 3 Good 4 Excellent 5 Now how do i make the table to store the number value when the response is selected in the form ?? thanks!

Hey all, So I set up a database to record entries of a questionaire. I use a form to input the data and its all being stored in table with each row being a single record. the answers are a range from Poor - Excellent which are being looked up using a combo box a table called scale table...

so wats the solution yepwington ?? it wont open the file for me... i have a similar problem.. need to print all the control pages// and all records and/or just one record

hey.. im pretty new to this myself.. but as soon as you draw a command button.. it takes u to the command button wizard.. and you can select form operations > Print a form or current form.. and it does the vba for you.. wud dat not work ?
