Is there a way to remove the Form navigation buttons at the bottom left corner when the Form window opens up?

I'm still grappling with ldb file and it's need for users to have FULL permissions to the folder where it resides. It seems to me that you can lock down the database using Access Security, but because users require full permissions to the folder where the db resides so the ldb file can work...

I will check with the network folks to confirm the delete permission. The default record locking is set to Edited Record.

Can anyone tell me what the ideal NTFS persmissions should be for users who are only inputting data to an Access database? Would Read, Write, & Execute on the networked folder where the BE resides be enough for the users to update the database? Thanks! Michael

I have split my database and have the BE on a network server. Users were each given a copy of the MDE file to enter data from using a Form. When I bring up my copy of the MDE and create a query or edit an existing one and give it a new name... only I can see this new query. Is this the way...
