Im sorry because Im fairly new im not sure how to deploy a MDE or ACCDE file to the end user. Will it be accessible through an icon without showing Access 2007 running?

I just saw the re attachment and it looks great! Is there any way so that the subform doesnt display all the items unless it has been searched?
