A new table within the database? I can try it, only my colleague set up the database and there are lots of reports and queries linked in to it already. Do you think it sounds like a glitch that can't be fixed? I will try tomorrow when I have time again. Thanks

Thanks :) 1. The excel is data I have input in to a template created specifically to match each table in the database 2. I haven't taken note of each cells format. - Given the data got there originally and then disappeared after I would have thought it's not likely the issue on this one...
