Having tried to no avail, I think MS deliberately withheld those vital tools in Local Help files and VBA in Access 2013.
I have since reverted to Access 2007, out of frustration; the *.chm files are not rich enough. :banghead::

I intend to create a Logon Form in Access 2007 which would allow both new users and returning users to have access to my database. A new user will register while a registered user only needs to sign in.
