    Thanks for your advice. It isn't a printer problem, either. I am going to try re-installing the software and seeing if that repairs it.

    The odd thing is that I have four users using the same database and only one of them has this problem. Everyone has Access installed on their workstation and the file lives on the server. I wondered if something in the Access software had become corrupt or if the individual had altered...

    Thanks for responding. I have used a Primary Key - my CID (Customer ID) field is the primary key. I forgot to mention that I have this field in my query too. The CID is correct in all cases, except for when I have duplicate names.
