I have a query-based report that generates client letters based on certian conditions. I want to store a value in a table automatically with a date/time stamp when the reports print so I don't need to send them a letter again? Any ideas? Thanks!!!

I have 100 clients who all have several appointments. I want a query that shows the all clients over 40 and the date of their last appointment. Can anyone help me with this please?? :confused: Thanks!!!
