Thanks Tombra, I think i'm going to break it up so that new form pop's up with button which user can press to continue the process. that way user can take as long as they want to check the table. probably not perfect but easy and robust enough way to do it i think Cheers

Hi All, I'm wondering if there is any vba code i can use in access to open table (i can do this) slowly scroll through it on the screen ask user if table looks ok (i can do this) its the middle part i have trouble with. really it would be great if user could activate and scroll through...
