Thank you. I will give that a try. I have not worked with combo boxes before but am always pushing my knowledge of Access.

I am creating a table where I want to have a field where the data entry person is limited to 4 choices of two characters (e.g., AB, BC, CD, or EF). What would be the best strategy for doing this? Thanks
