    Try ActiveX Controls Calendar Control 12.0 (or whatever the Access 2010 equivalent is).

    It sounds like you will need to have the User Id as a primary key and restrict access to the table by filtering on the User Id.

    Here is one solution.... To open form "NewF" by clicking on button "NewB", use the following event procedure: Private Sub NewB_button_Click() DoCmd.OpenForm ("NewF") End Sub :)
