I have done that. But what happened was the new paper size did not appear in the list. Well, it appeared once but when I opened the database again it was not there.
How can I change the right margin of US Fanfold from 2" to say 0.5". I am using EPSON FX 1170. I could not just get it everytime I change the right margin to 0.5" it turns back again to 2". Is there any way on how to do this?

I have a problem in MS Access list of paper sizes. The US Fanfold has a paper size of 15" by 14". But the right margin is 2". So I need to create my own custom paper size. What I need is a custom paper size of 15" by 12" with .5 " margin on all sides.

I usually change the default page setup and print settings to landscape orientation. When I open the database again, it is still there. Another possible explanation could be that other applications may have reconfigured the default page and print settings. Applications such as word processors...
Try adding a group header for each client. Or maybe your layout for each record is too close to each other that the succeeding records could no longer be seen.
I created a group header based on the primary key. It has text as its datatype. The values for this key are alphanumeric e.g. "ZC-01". I used the groupings and sorting function which results to this "=left([Primary_Key],2)".
When I input "ZC-01" to "ZC-20", Access does not sort the list...
