I've going around in circles all morning :banghead:trying to find "Open Exclusive". To no avail. I thought maybe my version was 2007. I've followed the On Line help and have never seen the "OPEN" options.

I'm running MS Office 365. But in my Access Options it says "Default file format" is 2007. What am I running.:banghead:

Most CRM's create 1 field for a contact name. Is that NOT a good plan with Access? If it's OK. How does it SORT or Search?
