Many users would not even have Access, and I would not want them to have to install anything. That is why I changed from .SNP to .PDF to allow them to do a quick print, and not have to install a snapshot viewer. Having them open the PDF and do a print setup may just be the least impacting...

Ok, looks like the user's will have to open and setup the report themselves to be landscape/legal since they will have different default printers. I just wanted to do the printer setup for them, if I could. Thanks
