I have a form which I need to make read only. On Access 98 it used to ask how I wanted to open and view the form in edit mode or view. I cant find this option in 2003 anyone got a quick answer? Many Thanks

the form doesnt move the text into the fields for me. i think there must be something wrong with the code. you are right rockman. the information is always in the same format everytime. information is collected from text fields on a specialist database then transfered onto outlook...
