HI Folks, Cannot purchase access 2010 any more... went to MS tech support and they hung up on me (accidently) but lady didn't know ans anyhow re: access 2016 and compatibility issues. Can I view a 2010 database in access 2016? Also, has anyone installed Access 2016 with office 2010...

No shouldn't have too much effect.. I have done before without too much trouble... Test it out.. and see if the code works.. may need a bit of tweaking but not too much. Courtesty of Google: Access 2013 uses the same file format as Access 2007 and Access 2010 for storing its databases, but...

Thanks for coming back to me... Hi, when you insert the photos.. they are okay.. it is only when you open the photo... you can view the photo but when you close photo (MS photo viewer), access form then hangs ... You then have to close the form... Error message you get is: You cant save this...

Hi every year around this time... I run out of space.. data only (3 tables) = 2gb -- Its a call log system that uses a lot of information... is there any way I can squeeze a little more in? or set up structure so that rather than getting 11 months from database.. I can get 12 months...

I got a workaround to work!! (from suggestion from another thread on this site) compact and repair seems to have solved the issue.. everything crossed it stays that way!! shall wait and see!!! :)
