    forms & mail merge?

    How do i select records from a basic contacts form, so that they can sent to word (or if it can be done in access directly) for mail merge, as i need to make address labels.

    Event procedure query?

    When a user is moving through form fields and editing text, what event procedure is needed so that if they press the arrow keys, end or home keys, etc it will actually be done on that field and not shift focus to another field.

    One last thing!

    All the problems are cropping up now. If i click the button to move 2the next record, the focus is not on the first tab field, thus the user would have to click on the 1st field to begin data entry. Any ideas?

    My database is ready to launch but when using it i noticed that for the combo box, the user will not be able to use the arrow keys to move down the list. Also normally you can type press the letter 'G' for exapmle to take u to the 4th item in the list spelt with G, but on mine if you press 4...

    Is it possible to assign a form to a different table. The fields would all correspond, i just need all the data entered to go a different table than the one i created the form with.
