Thought i could bump this thread up ... with this idea : most of the codes on codeproject site is c++ projects so if i got a c++ compiler can i compile this project to a dll or activex that i can then insert in access forms. any ideas . thx

oh and could any1 tell me if it is possible to implant the first post control in access projects rather than vb projects. or should i quit trying to find a solution. thx

thx for the quick replay ... unfortunately i cant afford to buy the script ... thats why i liked the one in my first post ... its free and it is suppose to install as a control in visual studio 05,08 and 10 , and if it can be installed in VS then it can be used in access .. that is my theory ...
