Restore the default settings I looked all over for the answer and found nothing. I was able to fix this problem by opening Microsoft Word and Clicking: 'Help' => 'Detect and Repair...' => Uncheck 'Restore My Shortcuts While Repairing', Check 'Discard My Custom Settings and Restore Default...
