    Multiple If Then Query Issues

Good morning, I'm having trouble with what I think should be a simple query but I'm pulling my hair out. All I need is employees by month. January for example. Shouldn't I be able to query employees who have a null term date and hire date prior to 1/31/20? Thanks in advance!

    HR Stats

Ok that's not working for me. Is there some way to write an iif statement on a report and maybe put 1 for each month by employee then total? For example: If the HireDate is <2/1/20 and the TermDate is blank or between 1/1/20 and 1/31/20 then enter a 1, otherwise a 0? Where it would look like...

    HR Stats

Here you go: Set 1: First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Employee Number, Hire Date, Term Date Set 2: Avg Employees by Month but he wants it calculated daily. I'm honestly not sure what he's thinking. I did it really quickly based on beginning number and ending number then averaged the 2...

    Totals on form

I am unfamiliar with that. Right now I have an if then Text box that pulls the hours based on the code in the drop down box, for example: =iif([Combo45]="100",[Hours],0) It works fine but I need to total it for all the detail lines in the footer. In the footer I have =Sum([Text45]). I'm...

Hello all, I am working on whichever version of Access comes with 365 (I can't seem to find the version). I have a form based on a query to enter employee time. I have a field for hours and a drop-down box for earnings codes in the form detail. In the form footer, I need to total the...

    Resort Columns on Form

Good morning, I am running Access with Office 365. I have continuous form based on a query for job applicants. The form has first name, last name, date applied, applied for, etc. How do I set it so that the columns on the form can be sorted by the user. Many years ago, I had a database I...
