Hi, I want to add up the total number of records and store it as a separate field, for later use in a report, however my knowledge of VBA is very limited. I'm using Access 2000 and any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I need to produce reports that display what equipment is on loan, I have set up a report but when I run it, it displays all the pieces of equipment, how do I make it miss the unloaned equipment out?

how do you set this up to include the day as well? I've had a go but it wants Then or Go To, but that would make the program ignore the next section about the time, help please!
