Can someone put me on the right track ? I have a command button on a switchboard , that runs a report from a query. When requested, a Msgbox appears allowing maual entry of a specific 'Request No' that the query uses to pull the relevant data from a table. So far,so good! I wish to change this...

Hi Rich , Just realised why the RequestMonth expression is returning April to May ! Obviously correct 'cos the field is alpha ! Forgot to mention the reason that your suggestion wasn't working - message returned .....function containing the wrong number of arguments. Cheers Steve

Sorted Sorted this myself by just deleting the control and re-adding text box. Don't know what I did differently this time but at least it now works !
