The following solution worked for me: Edit registry: Under HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Access\Security create a new DWORD key named VBAWarnings with value 0x00000001 No need to add a trusted location, the warning message does not appears anymore. I hope this can solve your problem.
