Hi ypma, Thank you for your help! This is what i wanted and bu checking your db, i know what was my mistake. In my query actually, i added a criteria [Enter Emp ID] and this is why it was always prompting me for Emp ID. Once removed, it is working perfectly fine. Regards, Sunny
