    Try a Subreport The main report would be the Company and in the subreport you would list the Interviews for each company and sort them however you want.

    well that should not be a problem Well all of the data in the two subreports comes from the same table. so the join should fix both. What join do i need to change and where. I don't think you want the main relationship changed. So do i just change it in the top portion of the design query grid?

    Problem Narrowed The problem is occuring with everyone who has more that one type of Absence. It displays them as many times as they have items. It some one has both LOA Approved and Vacation Approved it will list them twice if the have LOA App,Vacation App and Vacation Denied it will show 3...

    I wish it was that easy First thing I checked. I thinks the problem is with the fact that the person in question has a LOA approved in History and Vacation Approveds in current so the main reports notes 2 sets of data and displays both nor relizing it's the same data. I'm grasping at straws...

    no this is a stupid question Ok i get that. so if the sub report has data then it will be visable and if not it won't show. Where in the report does this go, or does it go in the Query? And the second stupid question..... Me = Queryname or Reportname?
