there is no option to have the have the border on when on screen and turn it off for printing.

have you set the Default View of your subform to Single Form?

I would like to know if there is anyway to make text-box borders invisible during printing, but keep them on the screen?

I am trying to get a subform that appears on my Main form to look like a form instead of showing up in datasheet view. The way I have it set, The subform will always only show one record. Is this possible?

Original post was mis-worded. It was been updated.

Only been using Access for a short time. I have a Form based on a query. The Form will insert new records into the tables fine, but when I use the Form to try and update, it won't let me. What could my problem be?
