the report manager site isn't available when sharepoint is installed. Because of sharepoint takes over the report manager (with the sharepoint report designer add-on there are special utilities available in configuration manager of the sharepoint for handling reports, authorisation, settings)...

I have managed to solve the problem :) For some reason the datasource was not linked (within sharepoint) to the report, so i manually linked the datasource to the report in sharepoint, now it is working!
