I have a report that details peoples employee status for the day (on duty, overtime, sick etc)
This is gained from combo box selections in a switchboard.
My question is - how do i get certain selections to display in specific colours on the report?
i.e. i'd like when overtime is...
It's not included on the form because the form only records the employees id number, the location and the date they work.
The id number is linked to the employee name in another table.
This way when you input the id number on the 'main' form, the employees name matching that number comes up...
I've also just looked at your multi-field index link and will also try this. which method would be most suitable / easy?
Would the multi field index work on access 2003?
