    Report for Crosstab Query.....

I have managed to obtain totals in the report that refer to the same field name, so I am unsure why I can't produce percentages to show the same. The formula for the 23,162,864 number is 'Total of Total Units' and the formula for the 43,676,991 is '=Sum([Total Of Total Units]), and to get the...

    Report for Crosstab Query.....

I can't address the duplicate field names, as the calculations need to refer to the same field name. For the total 23,162,864 I am totalling the 'Total Units' for colums WWC Age 1 to WWC Age 5 and for the Grand Total 43,676,991 I am summing the 'Total Units' for rows (1) Months Since LREC: =>0...

    Report for Crosstab Query.....

I'm not getting the results I expected. As per my examples, for the top left hand box I am returning a result of 500% when infact I should return a 53.03% result and for the left hand bottom cell I am returning 19.3% when infact I should return a 5.16% result.

    Report for Crosstab Query.....

This didn't work. Just to be clear that the current fomulas/results shown are incorrect, therefore I am after new formulas to provide the correct results. For the left hand side cells, I am looking for the percentage partipation of units for each of the rows - for example: Total Units for (1)...

    Report for Crosstab Query.....

For the left hand side: =Sum([Total Of Total Units]/[Total Of Total Units]) For the bottom: =Sum([WWC - AGE 1/[Total of Total Units])

    Report for Crosstab Query.....

For the left hand side cells, I am looking for the percentage partipation of units for each of the rows - for example: (1) Months Sine LREC: =>0 and <=3 (23,162,864) vs Grand Total of Total Units (43,676,991) - this should return 53.03% For the bottom cells, I am looking for the percentage...

Add RAG Status to a Report....

To be honest, I didn't know that you could apply conditional formats. Any tips on how to achieve this would be welcomed.

Add RAG Status to a Report....

I have created a cross tab query that details the age of stock (row) and weeks cover of stock (column) with the stock cost (sum) as the main data within the query. I have now created a report for this query, however I would now like to add a RAG (Red, Amber and Green) status to the report. The...

I want to set up a macro to run a query, open a report and send the report in a pdf format to an extrenal user. I have written the macro, however I have two issues: 1. When I run the macro, I get a messge from MS Outlook stating that an application is trying to send an e-mail on my behalf and...

    Dates....

I have a date field formatted as dd/mm/yyyy which denotes the date that the product was last received into the business. I want to use this field to complete some analysis on the age of the stock to give me the following results: 0 - 3 Months 3 - 6 Months 6 - 9 Months 9 - 12 Months 12 - 18...

SOS, Apologies, you didn't previously mention that you had imported the sample tables. The version of access that I am using is in the attached screen capture.

    Multiple Entries in Query Results.....

SOS / Wilpeter, I have now joined Product Code and Brand, and as you can see from the attachments I now get a total of 12,537 results (when I should expect 9,999). I posted both tables in a previous entry on this thread, can someone else import these into a database and tell me if you get the...

    Multiple Entries in Query Results.....

wilpeter, I have followed your advice and tried the following: 1. I removed Table1 Brand and Replace with Table2 Brand with the "Group" criteria and I still get 37,611 records (see image 3/4) 2. I then included Table2 Brand alongside Table1 Brand (both with the "Group" criteria and I get...

    Multiple Entries in Query Results.....

I'm actually using Access 2007, so I'm unsure if this makes a difference. I have run the same query (see attached screen shots) and still get 37,611 results.
