    Yes, data entry is infact set to "no." Therefore, I should be able to run as many filter by forms as I need to, without it coming back to a blank field, correct?

    So now I'm trying to create a report, but with some totals. One of them is trying to calculate the SUM of the Time Used on a Question. I tried using sum, but I gather that the format I'm using (5:00) is throwing off access. Anybody know how to implement that? Thanks

    And how do I get to the DataEntry settings? I have ms 2000, and I right click on the form but the Data section is generally blank, and when it is activated (e.g. when I right click on a field) it does not have a section for DataEntry.
