Sorry - you've obviously already tried "edit mode".......

Figured it out: When you create the switchboard, it lets you choose between "Add Mode" and "Edit Mode" - "Add Mode" only brings up a blank form, "Edit Mode" shows all records. You can easily change that through the switchboard manager! Hope this works for you - it solved my problem!

Maybe someone can suggest a better way to do this. I have a table of 9 project owners. I would like to make a form that has 9 tabs - one for each of the project owners. Each tab would then only show their projects. Would I set it up like a form (being the 9 tabs) and a subform (project info)...

I created a "log on" entry form that contains the names & relevant info of the nine people who enter information. They find their name and then press a button which right now only opens the next form. How to I get the second form to behave as a subform of the first while remaining and actual...
