Sir, Thanks. What I am trying to do is create a query where i can choose the criteria for my report. Some of the things typed are long and I need to be able to choose from a list box and then have it create me a report based on the item I choose. If you know how to do this it would be create. If you had an email i could email you a sample i found. It is what I am trying to do I just do not know how it was done
