Cracked it When using custom menus and toolbars the standard Print and Printer Icon in the custom menu range did not give the option of selecting a page range. Just set up a macro to bring up the Print dialogue screen Thanks for your help

Thanks for that, what version do you use? Access 2000 - Using the print preview to view the report first, then clicking on the print icon or File Print you have no option of what to print etc The report is sent directly to the printer Anyone else have any ideas?

How do! As title, is it possible to specify a range of pages to print from a report? e.g. Print page 2+3 from a 30 page report The page range will change almost every time Been searching all over without much luck, many thanks in advance Wmffra

How do! As title, I have set up x4 different reports (Sheet: x3 Column x10 Rows) to produce mailing labels 1) Copy database over to new machines, open any of the reports for the first time - they display as intended. 2) As soon as you open any of them for the second time they loose the preset...
