Thanks Doc Man, I created a copy of my database and went through the whole replica/replication process on it and it was very easy. This works perfectly for users that don't have a connection, like laptops.

Thanks for your help Pat. One more little questions, If i have a section called medical_header, How could i make that visible/invisible using the code? I want to se it in the same place i make the fields visible/invisible.

I don't want it to show the $0 dollar amount, but i don't want it to show the label "Medical" either.

I should also say that each page of the report is pulled from just one record from a table. It starts off with their name at the top, then opening paragraph and then a summary of their benefits.
