Obama may escape justice (arrest) due to that limited immunity.

I hope not. I want to see the perp walk and the booking photo. After that, they can let him go on his own recognizance. I'm not sure that orchestrating a coup to depose the incoming president (after failing in the try to keep him from being elected) is a duty of the presidency so he may not skate on this. How would he justify his involvement given that it is documented that he knew all the "evidence" against Trump was fabricated and paid for by his very own Secretary of State. Who we now know was unstable and on tranquilizers during her election campaign. That one was news to me. We already saw how she handled the stress of Benghazi. Now we know she was in no shape to handle the stress of actually winning the election. Maybe Bubba was planning on pulling the strings with Obama as they did for Biden.

But!!!! Hillary said she was ready to answer the phone at 3 A.M. Fox News actually had a good reason (joke) for why Hillary wasn't sent to jail. It would be a perpetual irritant to Bill.

The fundamental tragedy is that the Democrats were "first" to explicitly implement the repugnant third world strategy of arresting political opponents. Now that Obama's (Democratic party) scam has been exposed, Republicans will be susceptible to being accused of playing third world (arrest) politics even-though it was the Democrats who started it. Democrats are the ultimate masters of language manipulation and propaganda. The public unfortunately is gullible.

Seems that Mark Levin was well aware that Democrats were using-the-power-of-the-state to illegally get Trump as far back as 2017!!

One takeaway from that video was that (cowardly) Attorney General Jeff Sessions recused himself, which allowed the Democrats to unabashedly pursue their criminal witch-hunt against Trump. The Democrats were extremely successful at creating massive divisiveness within the US during Trump's first term which stalled the Republican agenda. Democrats by creating that chaos, have demonstrated that they are about power, not democracy. Obama, to repeat, was/is the Manchurian Candidate. The enemy within.
