Hi All,
Just thought you should know that there is developer out there that is currently developing (in Beta) that allows any windows application to run on Linux.
github.com/TibixDev/winboat

WinBoat is an Electron app which allows you to run Windows apps on Linux using a containerized approach. Windows runs as a VM inside a Docker container, we communicate with it using the WinBoat Guest Server to retrieve data we need from Windows. For compositing applications as native OS-level windows, we use FreeRDP together with Windows's RemoteApp protocol.

You can search on YouTube the install instructions and examples of what they have done. ie. photoshop

I recently setup a Mint pc and installed WinBoat and was able to install MS Access and get the application to work with no issues. (not a complex application just simple crm). But if this keeps on going the way it is currently, I will never need to fully adopt that evil win 11 :)

The future of MS Access is Linux :)

Interesting have not heard of it. I've been using Bottles, which is based on Wine. Evidently there are a couple of other applications that also allow you to run MS Windows programs under Linux. However, I have not yet looked at them.
Congratulations on getting MS Access to work.
